Booking Terms & Conditions (2025–2026)
Thank you for choosing Natural 20 Tours, a division of Upbeat Tours & Events Ltd, based in Ireland.
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Traveller”) and Natural 20 Tours regarding your booking.
1. Booking & Acceptance
By submitting your booking and payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of everyone in your booking. A contract exists once we confirm your reservation in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Your package price includes accommodation, ground transport, scheduled activities, meals, and other inclusions listed in your tour itinerary.
Prices are based on costs, taxes, and exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation and may be adjusted if significant changes occur before full payment is received.
3. Payments & Deposit Schedule
To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
120 days before departure: 50 % of the total tour price becomes non-refundable.
45 days before departure: Final balance due.
30 days before departure: 100 % of tour price becomes non-refundable.
Late or missed payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
4. Payment Method
Payments must be made in Euros (€) by bank transfer, debit, or credit card through our secure payment system. All bank or card charges are the responsibility of the payer.
5. Changes to Your Booking
Requests for changes (such as name corrections, room type, or dietary needs) must be made in writing and are subject to availability and possible additional costs from suppliers.
Major changes within 45 days of departure may be treated as cancellations.
6. Cancellations by You
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Natural 20 Tours.
The following cancellation fees apply:

No refunds are available for unused services once the tour has begun.
7. Cancellations or Changes by Natural 20 Tours
We may modify the itinerary if necessary due to weather, safety, or local conditions.
If a major change becomes necessary, we will offer a comparable alternative of equal or higher value where possible.
If the tour must be cancelled for reasons within our control, you may choose between a full refund or transfer to another departure date.
We are not responsible for expenses you incur (such as flights or visas) outside of your Natural 20 Tours booking.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for loss, delay, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will work in good faith to recover any supplier refunds where possible.
9. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Your policy should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
10. Health & Fitness
Travellers are responsible for assessing their own fitness for participation. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.
Natural 20 Tours may decline a booking if participation would pose a safety risk.
11. Responsibility & Liability
Natural 20 Tours acts as a destination management company arranging accommodation, transport, and experiences through trusted local suppliers.
We are not responsible for acts or omissions of independent suppliers except where proven negligent under Irish law.
Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
12. Behaviour & Code of Conduct
We value respectful, inclusive, and responsible travel.
Natural 20 Tours reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that endangers others, disrupts the group, or violates local laws.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
13. Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking and operational purposes, in accordance with GDPR and Irish data-protection law.
We never share your data beyond what is necessary to deliver contracted services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
15. Validity
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours departing between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2026 and may be updated periodically.
